About the role

As a Guest Experience Expert at Sheraton The Walk Dubai, you will go beyond simple check‑in and check‑out duties to create memorable, personalized experiences for every guest throughout their stay. You will be empowered to act proactively, handling operational tasks, guest requests, and sharing local highlights while maintaining the highest standards of safety, confidentiality and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Process operational needs and complete daily reports.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Provide information about local attractions and hotel amenities.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and moving objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
