About the role
The Guest Experience Expert ensures every guest enjoys a smooth, memorable stay from check‑in to check‑out. You will be empowered to move throughout the property, handling operational tasks, guest requests, and providing local area insights while maintaining a professional appearance.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs, complete reports, and assist with luggage handling and vehicle loading/unloading.
- Guide guests through their stay, address requests promptly, and share highlights of the local area.
- Maintain safety standards, follow company policies, and protect company assets.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb unaided and up to 100 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related work experience: None required.
- Supervisory experience: None required.
- License or certification: None required.
