Guest Experience Expert - CID Agent

About the role

Guest Experience Experts take initiative to guide guests throughout their stay, handling operational needs, guest requests, reports and sharing local highlights. The role also requires maintaining safety, following policies, protecting assets and presenting a professional appearance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
• Process operational needs and complete related reports.
• Address guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Share highlights of the local area with guests.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures.
• Protect company assets, uphold quality standards and ensure confidentiality.
• Maintain professional uniform, appearance and communication.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
