About the role

As a Guest Experience Expert at W Hotels, you will create memorable moments for guests throughout their stay. You will act as a trusted point of contact, delivering personalized service and ensuring every interaction feels seamless and unique.

Key responsibilities

Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out and any on‑site requests.
Process operational needs, complete reports and share local area highlights.
Maintain a safe, clean work environment and uphold company policies.
Move, lift, carry or place objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Stand, walk or sit for extended periods while delivering service.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
No prior related work experience required.
Ability to work on feet for long periods and handle light physical tasks.
Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism and quality standards.
