About the role
Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, creating memorable and unique experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests throughout their stay, including processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, and ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience.
- Complete daily reports and share highlights of the local area to enrich the guest experience.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, protecting assets, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional uniform, appearance, and communication.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent; no prior related work or supervisory experience is required.
- Commitment to confidentiality, safety, and adherence to company policies.
Required skills
- Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and take a hands‑on approach to tasks.
- Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
