Guest Experience Expert

About the role

The Guest Experience Expert is the primary point of contact who guides guests throughout their stay, delivering personalized service that reflects the luxury standards of St. Regis Abu Dhabi. You will proactively anticipate needs, coordinate operational tasks and create memorable moments that enhance the overall guest journey.

Key responsibilities

• Process operational requests, handle guest inquiries and ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences.
• Provide local area recommendations and share highlights of Abu Dhabi to enrich the guest experience.
• Complete daily reports, track service delivery and communicate relevant information to internal teams.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, protecting assets and upholding quality standards.
• Remain on your feet for extended periods, moving, lifting and carrying objects up to 10 lb while delivering hands‑on service.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury hotel environment, with the ability to perform physical tasks and adhere to confidentiality and professional appearance standards.
