Our Guest Experience Experts at W Hotels create memorable, personalized stays by guiding guests through every step of their visit. The role goes beyond traditional check‑in and check‑out duties, empowering you to address operational needs, respond to guest requests, and share local highlights, all while maintaining a safe and professional environment.

Key responsibilities

Process operational tasks and complete reports related to guest stays.
Respond promptly to guest requests and provide local area recommendations.
Maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
Ensure a safe workplace by following company policies and maintaining a professional appearance.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
No prior work experience required.
No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
