Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Guest Experience Specialist to turn travelers' ideas into personalized journeys. Working from anywhere in the United Arab Emirates, you will consult with clients, design itineraries, manage bookings, and provide support throughout the travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, budgets, and requirements.
• Research destinations, accommodations, tours, activities, and transportation to create tailored itineraries.
• Coordinate and manage all booking components, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
• Provide attentive customer support before, during, and after travel, maintaining strong relationships.
• Address travel‑related questions, changes, and unexpected issues, offering effective solutions.
• Stay updated on travel trends, seasonal opportunities, promotions, and industry developments.
• Promote travel services and generate new business through social media, networking, referrals, and online channels.
• Work independently, staying organized and focused on personal and business goals.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and genuine enthusiasm for creating memorable travel experiences.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in your country.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote interaction.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage your own schedule and take initiative.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with interest in building client relationships.
• Previous experience in travel, sales, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
• Comfortable using digital tools, social media, and online platforms.
