Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

The Guest Experience Specialist at Delano Dubai will be at the heart of the guest journey, delivering thoughtful, personalised and effortless service from arrival through departure. You will anticipate needs, build genuine connections and ensure every interaction reflects the warmth and sophistication of the DELANO brand.

Key responsibilities

• Create warm, genuine, and personalised guest interactions throughout the stay.
• Support a seamless guest experience from pre‑arrival to departure, identifying opportunities to enhance the stay.
• Coordinate bespoke requests such as restaurant reservations, transportation, celebrations, tours and other arrangements.
• Provide local expertise and personalised recommendations on dining, shopping, entertainment and attractions.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints promptly, taking ownership and ensuring effective resolution.
• Maintain accurate guest preference records and share relevant information with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering and other departments to execute guest requests flawlessly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, concierge or a similar guest‑facing role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of guests.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organised and able to anticipate guest preferences.
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s dining, entertainment and lifestyle scene.
• Calm, solution‑focused approach to service recovery and complaint handling.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple hotel departments.
