Guest Experience Supervisor - Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Guest Experience Supervisor will lead the front‑lobby team in delivering exceptional service to Arabic‑speaking guests across our hotel in the United Arab Emirates. This full‑time position combines administration, guest relations, and supervisory responsibilities to ensure a seamless and memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist with organisational mailings and corporate meetings as needed.
• Schedule guest activities, manage concierge requests and follow Sofitel email etiquette.
• Support VIP check‑in/check‑out, handle translations for emails and guest communications.
• Gather guest feedback and relay it to the GEX Manager for action.
• Promote and sell special room set‑ups for birthdays, anniversaries, etc., working closely with room‑dining and housekeeping.
• Ensure a discrimination‑free workplace, address harassment complaints confidentially.
• Supervise front‑lobby operations, greet guests, respond to complaints and conduct routine inspections.
• Provide accurate information about Dubai, hotel facilities, rates, promotions and use up‑selling techniques.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Dubai’s attractions, events and local culture.
• Experience in hospitality, guest relations or concierge services.
• Ability to handle guest incidents, coordinate with security and maintain SOP compliance.
