Guest Relation Agent

About the role

The Guest Relation Agent is the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, from arrival to departure. You will ensure each guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and valued, delivering the high‑standard service that Accor is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Manage check‑in and check‑out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Coordinate special requests such as room preferences, celebrations, and amenities.
• Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to resolve issues and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel policies, promotions, and room availability.
• Record guest feedback and contribute to improving satisfaction scores.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably hospitality or front office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, empathetic, and service‑oriented personality.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Russian; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel management software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
