Guest Relation Officer - Automotive

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is building a pool of Guest Relation Officers in Ras Al Khaimah. As a Guest Relation Officer you are the first point of contact for customers visiting the branch, giving them a warm welcome, understanding the purpose of their visit and guiding them to the right team. You help create a smooth, professional customer journey from entry to exit.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and professionally when they enter the branch.
• Identify the purpose of each customer's visit and understand their needs.
• Direct customers to the appropriate department or team member.
• Make sure customers with appointments are connected smoothly with the correct Sales Executive.
• Support a seamless customer journey throughout the branch experience.
• Make sure customers feel acknowledged and valued when leaving.
• Work closely with Branch Managers, Sales Executives and support teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience or in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Must have been an Al-Futtaim employee for at least 18 months to be considered.
• Confident, engaging and customer-focused personality.

• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to build customer trust and a professional, welcoming approach.
