Guest Relations Agent

About the role

The Guest Relations Agent will oversee all aspects of guest relations at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR, ensuring every guest receives personalized and attentive service from arrival through departure.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt, cordial attention.
• Meet and greet VIP guests personally and coordinate with Concierge and Butler for special requests.
• Prepare guest arrival compendiums, update repeat‑guest history, and liaise with Airport Concierge.
• Promote inter‑hotel sales, send welcome cards and amenities to rooms before arrival.
• Handle guest complaints, follow up on corrective actions, and manage special requests.
• Review arrival lists, verify room allocations, amenities, and special requests for VIPs.
• Prepare requisitions for amenities and perform related duties or special projects.

Required profile

• Associate degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Desk, or Customer Service within a hospitality environment.
• Fluent in English and Russian; Turkish language proficiency is mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage stress, work in a fast‑paced environment, and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Professional presentation standards and impeccable personal grooming.
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems and basic computer applications.
