Guest Relations Agent

About the role

The Guest Relations Agent oversees and directs all aspects of Guest Relations to maximize guest satisfaction at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR, a luxury hotel delivering authentic Turkish hospitality. This full‑time position involves personal recognition of guests from arrival through departure and collaboration with concierge, butler, and other hotel services.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt, cordial attention from arrival to departure.
• Meet and greet VIP guests personally and coordinate special requests with concierge, butler, and limousine services.
• Maintain and update repeat‑guest history system and prepare compendiums prior to guest arrival.
• Handle guest complaints, follow up on corrective actions, and manage special requests.
• Review arrival lists, allocate rooms, amenities, and ensure special requests are fulfilled.

Required profile

• Associate degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Guest Relations, Front Desk Operations, or Customer Service within a hospitality environment.
• Fluent in English and Russian or Turkish.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and stress‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera).
• Basic computer applications.
