About the role
Our Guest Experience Experts deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, ensuring memorable and unique experiences. They handle operational needs, respond to guest requests, prepare reports, share local area highlights, and assist with luggage handling.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and guest requests throughout the stay.
- Prepare and submit reports while highlighting local attractions.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to and from rooms or the bell area.
- Move around the property, standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and navigating stairs, ramps, and confined spaces.
- Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 100 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
