Guest Relations Coordinator

About the role

The Guest Relations Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support to the Guest Relations and Front Office teams, managing guest data, profiles, trackers and reports. The role ensures accurate, consistent and timely communication of guest preferences and feedback across all systems, supporting pre‑arrival, in‑stay and post‑stay processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update guest profiles, trackers and reports to guarantee data accuracy.
• Coordinate pre‑arrival, in‑stay and post‑stay activities, including system updates, reporting and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in Front Office or Guest Relations with strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Understanding of luxury traveller expectations and ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments.

Required skills

• Opera property management system.
• Microsoft Office suite.
