Guest Relations Executive – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive to join Zabeel House The Greens, a lifestyle hotel by Jumeirah. The role focuses on delivering warm, personalised service to guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, engage in friendly conversation and make them feel welcome.
• Schedule dining reservations and coordinate special occasions such as anniversaries and birthdays, following the Restaurant Reservations SOP.
• Handle restaurant enquiries and bookings using the F&B Enquiry/Booking checklist, maintaining high service standards.
• Escort guests to their tables, introduce them to the venue and ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Collaborate with the front‑office and F&B teams to address guest requests and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in guest relations or front‑office roles within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using reservation and booking management systems.
