Guest Relations Intern

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer‑focused Guest Relations Intern to join our team in Ras Al‑Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional service while gaining valuable experience in the hospitality industry.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously, providing accurate information about facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Maintain accurate and organized guest records and databases, ensuring all information is current and confidential.
• Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist with event coordination and special guest arrangements as needed.
• Provide support to senior guest relations staff during peak periods and special occasions.
• Follow up with guests post‑visit to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and communication coordination.
• Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
