Guest Relations Manager – Russian Speaking

About the role

As a Guest Relations Manager at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi, you will deliver personalized service that turns everyday encounters into memorable experiences for our guests. You will anticipate guest needs, handle VIP requests with empathy, and collaborate across departments to ensure seamless stays.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored service to guests, creating lasting impressions.
• Anticipate and fulfill VIP and special requests with professionalism.
• Work closely with housekeeping, food & beverage, and front‑office teams to guarantee smooth operations.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly, turning challenges into opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and internal colleagues.

Required profile

• Experience in guest relations or front‑office roles within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Fluency in both English and Russian.
