Guest Room Attendant

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, the first integrated resort in the UAE, is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to join its Hotel Housekeeping team. The role involves preparing and maintaining guest rooms and suites to the resort’s five‑star standards, ensuring a welcoming and immaculate environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Report for shift on time in correct uniform and name tag, attend briefings.
• Prepare and replenish assigned guest rooms and suites according to resort standards.
• Perform full room servicing including dusting, linen changes, vacuuming and amenity replenishment.
• Operate housekeeping equipment safely and manage mobile carts to avoid corridor damage.
• Anticipate guest needs, personalize interactions using guest names and provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Maintain health, safety and hygiene compliance, report any malfunctions, lost items or unusual behavior.
• Participate in inventory checks and follow resort guidelines for chemicals, supplies and equipment.
• Adapt to flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Minimum two years experience as a Guest Room Attendant in a hotel or luxury resort.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or additional work experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
