Guest Service Agent

About the role

The Guest Service Agent is the primary point of contact for hotel guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay from arrival to departure. Working in the lobby, you will greet visitors, answer queries, and promote the hotel’s services and facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with check‑in and check‑out procedures, allocating rooms according to guest preferences.
• Provide accurate billing and promote hotel amenities.
• Anticipate guest needs, recognize repeat and elite members, and exceed expectations.
• Handle and resolve guest issues quickly and courteously.
• Inform guests about hotel policies, stay conditions, and available services.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced lobby environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in billing and documentation.
