Guest Service Agent

About the role

Join the Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort team as a Guest Service Agent, delivering the signature Anantara hospitality experience to guests exploring the UAE's northern emirate. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries with a helpful, attentive attitude.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel products, room types, rates, facilities, food & beverage outlets, spa, health club, and sister properties.
• Take personal responsibility for service quality, ensuring it meets Anantara’s high standards at all times.
• Resolve guest issues promptly, follow up on satisfaction, and suggest innovative alternatives to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate closely with all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Participate in hotel events, daily briefings, and training sessions to continuously improve professional skills.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service with a friendly, proactive attitude.
• Prior experience in hotel front‑office operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment; Russian or German language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
