Guest Service Agent

About the role

Accor is looking for a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to be the face of its hotel in Sharjah. You will ensure every guest enjoys a seamless experience from arrival to departure, reflecting the brand’s commitment to responsible hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm demeanor.
• Efficiently manage check‑in and check‑out procedures with accuracy.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfil guest requests and ensure comfort.
• Maintain a neat, organized front‑desk area and process payments precisely.
• Uphold the hotel’s standards of excellence in customer service.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Answer incoming and outgoing calls courteously.
• Maintain knowledge of the hotel’s fire, life and safety systems.
• Promote hotel facilities and identify up‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar role within a luxury hotel (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and strong customer‑service orientation.
