Guest Services Ambassador – Luxury VIP Relations

About the role

Aldar Retail Management seeks a Guest Services Ambassador to deliver premium hospitality at a new luxury destination in Abu Dhabi. The role rotates across three complementary functions, building a broad skill set in VIP guest relations.

Key responsibilities

• Signature Moments Officer – welcome guests, coordinate valet, host VIP/VVIP guests with refined etiquette and royal protocol, and provide refreshments or departure gifts.
• Cultural Mediator – design personalised itineraries, lead tours with elegant storytelling about art, architecture and brands.
• Concierge – prepare visits, handle special requests, bookings, reservations and deliveries, anticipating guest needs with discretion.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and at least one other language (Arabic, Russian or Chinese preferred).
• 5–8 years progressive experience in guest service within aviation, 5‑star hotels, luxury retail, fashion houses, fine dining, museums or luxury malls.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or related field.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with digital tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
