Guest Services Ambassador – Luxury/VIP Guest Relations

About the role

As a Guest Services Ambassador you will be the face of Aldar Retail Management’s luxury destination, delivering memorable experiences to high‑profile visitors. The position rotates across three complementary functions, allowing you to develop a broad hospitality skill set.

Key responsibilities

• Signature Moments Officer – welcome guests, manage valet and arrival flows, host VIPs/VVIPs with refined etiquette, and provide departure gifts.
• Cultural Mediator – design and lead personalised itineraries, conduct tours with storytelling about art, architecture and brands.
• Concierge – prepare visits in advance, handle special requests, bookings, reservations and deliveries, anticipating guest needs with discretion.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Arabic, Russian or Chinese preferred).
• Passionate about culture, art, design and luxury environments.
• Elegant appearance, excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with high‑profile clients and able to maintain confidentiality.
