About the role
We are seeking an experienced Gymnastics Trainer to lead and manage our team of gymnastics coaches in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality gymnastics programs for children while ensuring a safe, fun, and professional environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a group of gymnastics trainers.
- Organise training schedules, classes, and program calendars.
- Lead gymnastics programs specifically designed for children.
- Monitor coaching quality, safety standards, and performance.
- Train, mentor, and support the coaching team.
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and child‑friendly atmosphere.
Required profile
- Strong background in gymnastics coaching.
- Previous experience in team leadership or management.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Professional, energetic demeanor with a passion for working with children.
- Immediate availability to join the team.
