Handover Executive (Aljada, Masaar, Jouri Hills)

About the role

The Handover Executive is responsible for coordinating and conducting property handovers to customers across the Aljada, Masaar and Jouri Hills communities. This on‑site role involves visiting units, providing home orientations and ensuring a seamless handover experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct unit handovers to customers in line with company standards and procedures.
• Visit properties within Aljada, Masaar and Jouri Hills to facilitate handovers.
• Provide comprehensive home orientation tours, explaining unit features, facilities and maintenance guidelines.
• Ensure all handover documentation, acknowledgements and agreements are accurately completed and signed.
• Explain customer responsibilities, community guidelines and relevant property information.
• Address customer inquiries and provide professional support throughout the handover process.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Customer Service, Property Management, Facilities Management, Technical Teams) to resolve outstanding issues before handover.
• Maintain accurate records of handovers and customer documentation.
• Follow up on customer concerns raised during handover and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and service standards.
• Support the wider customer experience team with handover‑related activities as required.

Required profile

• High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1‑2 years of experience in customer service, property handover, real estate or a related field; previous property handover experience highly preferred.
• UAE National (Family Book required).
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle.
• Willingness to work across Aljada, Masaar and Jouri Hills sites and manage approximately seven handovers per day.
