Hard Services Supervisor

About the role

Hard Services Supervisor will manage day‑to‑day operations of a modern multi‑tenanted commercial building in Dubai, overseeing both direct and subcontracted service teams to ensure high client and end‑user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all hard‑services facilities including HVAC, electrical, lift & escalator, fire & security, generators, UPS, water & plumbing, CCTV and building management systems.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring cost‑effective, safe and high‑quality service delivery.
• Develop and maintain policies, SOPs, technical scopes of work and ensure supplier compliance.
• Define, monitor and improve KPIs and SLAs for service providers.
• Prepare budgets, control costs, review invoices and provide financial reporting.
• Conduct regular site audits, safety inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with Integrated SHEQ, building management and local regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement smart/e‑electronic solutions to enhance efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., IFMA).
• 6‑8 years of facilities‑management hard‑services experience, with at least 5 years in the GCC.
• Proven experience managing multi‑tenant commercial buildings and direct service teams.
• Strong English communication and report‑writing skills.
• Excellent organisational, team‑building and commercial awareness.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and make sound judgments.
