Head Chef – Beach Club (Dubai)

About the role

Addmind Hospitality is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a high‑volume beach club in Dubai. The role combines culinary creativity with commercial acumen, ensuring guests receive innovative Mediterranean and Italian dishes while maintaining strict quality, hygiene and cost standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during peak periods.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, portioning and presentation according to approved recipes.
• Collaborate closely with the Outlet Manager, Front‑of‑House and Operations teams to coordinate service flow.
• Conduct daily kitchen briefings, communicate menu changes, shortages and special requests.
• Develop, improve and maintain menus aligned with the venue concept and brand standards.
• Create new, innovative dishes that are commercially viable and monitor menu performance.
• Take ownership of food cost, waste control, portion control and overall financial performance of the kitchen.
• Oversee inventory management and purchasing to ensure optimal stock levels.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience leading a high‑volume kitchen, preferably in a beach club or similar concept.
• Proven expertise in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine.
• Strong culinary leadership with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Commercially minded with a focus on cost control and profitability.
