Head Hostess – Prime68 Steakhouse

About the role

The Head Hostess leads the dining room team at Prime68 Steakhouse, ensuring optimal service and guest satisfaction. You will oversee staff grooming, opening and closing duties, inventory management, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure staff work together as a team, inspect grooming and attire, and rectify deficiencies.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing the venue.
• Inspect storage areas for organization, FIFO usage, and cleanliness; conduct inventories and requisition supplies.
• Monitor dining room seating, service, safety, and guest well‑being; handle work orders for maintenance repairs.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.
