About the role
We are looking for a Head Mixologist to lead the Ginger Moon bar at W Hotels in Dubai. The role goes beyond crafting drinks – it is about creating a memorable guest experience, staying ahead of trends, and acting as the host of the space.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver innovative cocktail concepts while maintaining flawless bar operations.
- Monitor emerging beverage trends and micro‑local offerings to keep the menu fresh.
- Own the overall guest service experience, building relationships with hotel teams and the local community.
- Ensure the bar environment is safe, well‑presented, and consistently meets brand standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant mixology or bar experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
Required skills
- Mixology – advanced knowledge of cocktail creation and presentation.
- Bar operations – ability to manage bar setup, inventory, and service flow.
