Head Nurse – HealthHub Clinic, JVC, Dubai

About the role

HealthHub Clinic, part of Al‑Futtaim Health, is looking for an experienced Head Nurse to lead nursing operations at its multidisciplinary clinic in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai. The role combines clinical leadership, operational oversight and day‑to‑day team management to ensure high‑quality patient care and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and develop a team of nursing professionals, manage staffing, scheduling and workflow.
• Ensure safe, evidence‑based nursing care, support physicians during consultations, oversee medication management and maintain compliance with DHA regulations and infection‑control standards.
• Deliver excellent patient experiences, manage chronic disease education, respond to clinical incidents and promote compassionate care.

Required profile

• DHA‑licensed Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience and at least 2 years in a leadership role (Head Nurse, Charge Nurse, Nurse Manager, etc.).
• Previous experience in UAE healthcare settings and familiarity with outpatient/ambulatory clinic environments.
• Current BLS certification (mandatory) and ACLS/PALS certifications (desirable).
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Strong computer literacy for documentation and reporting.
