Head of Aftersales - Commercial Vehicles & Construction Equipment

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive (FAMCO) is looking for a Head of Aftersales to lead the Service, Parts and Uptime functions across its Trucks and Construction Equipment divisions in Dubai. Reporting to the General Manager Aftersales, the role drives operational excellence, customer satisfaction and profitability in line with company and OEM standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement aftersales strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead operations across CE, Truck and Dealer Aftersales functions.
• Monitor and improve P&L performance of the aftersales division.
• Grow service and parts revenue through customer retention and market penetration.
• Ensure compliance with OEM warranty procedures and service quality standards.
• Work with OEM partners and suppliers to keep service offerings current and technically sound.
• Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through service recovery and feedback systems.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of 6+ direct reports and wider staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• 7-10 years of aftersales operations experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of trucks and construction equipment systems and dealership networks.
• Experience managing large aftersales teams across diverse business segments.

Required skills

• Dealership management systems such as SAP.
• Warranty management, dealership operations and customer service KPIs.
• Relationship management with OEMs and suppliers.
• Analytical, communication and organizational skills.
