Head of Broker Network

About the role

The Head of Broker Network will lead GTN’s broker and custodian relationships across domestic and international markets. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure seamless trade execution, optimise cost structures and drive strategic market coverage for our FinTech‑powered brokerage platform.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow executing broker relationships while meeting market coverage targets set by management.
• Shortlist, onboard and activate brokers in new and existing markets.
• Analyse broker performance to channel orders to the best fit, optimising cost and execution quality.
• Negotiate broker and custodian agreements, fee schedules and service terms.
• Maintain a master cost sheet for all brokers and custodians.
• Liaise with brokers and custodians to resolve operational issues escalated by internal teams.
• Implement system changes to ensure accurate cost capture and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 96 months (8 years) of experience in broker network management, trade settlement or related financial services.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate performance metrics and cost frameworks.
• Proven negotiation skills and experience handling regulatory and custodian requirements.
• Ability to work across multiple geographies and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
