Head Of Broker Network

About the role

The Head of Broker Network will lead GTN’s broker and custodian relationships across domestic and international markets. Reporting to senior management, this senior position combines strategic oversight with hands‑on execution to maximise market coverage, cost efficiency and trade execution quality.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand executing broker relationships to meet market coverage goals.
• Identify, shortlist and onboard brokers in new and existing markets.
• Analyse broker performance and channel orders to optimise cost and execution quality.
• Negotiate broker and custodian agreements, including fee schedules.
• Maintain a master cost sheet for all brokers and custodians.
• Liaise with brokers and custodians to resolve escalated issues.
• Implement system changes for accurate cost capture across markets and products.
• Provide cost‑benefit analysis and reporting to management as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in capital markets, broker relations, trade execution or institutional sales/dealing.
