Head of Business Development – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Business Development to lead our supply and B2B sales functions for a large‑scale car rental marketplace within the RideTech and Mobility Services group. Based in Dubai, you will shape market entry strategies, build key partnerships and drive revenue growth across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for entering and expanding in foreign markets, analysing market potential and competitive landscape.
• Identify, negotiate and secure long‑term partnerships with major players in the car rental sector.
• Build, mentor and manage a high‑performing team, ensuring close collaboration with cross‑functional departments.
• Monitor key performance metrics, produce regular analytical reports and justify strategic decisions with data.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roles (sales, business development, partnerships) at a managerial level in the B2B sector.
• Proven track record of complex, multi‑stage negotiations and closing large deals.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with large data sets for decision‑making.
• Fluent in English (Upper‑Intermediate or higher) with strategic thinking and a proactive attitude.
• Experience in large international IT companies or launching products/services to international markets is a plus.
