Head of Channel Partnerships

About the role

First Response Healthcare is seeking an entrepreneurial Head of Channel Partnerships to build and scale a partner network that drives sustainable, profitable business across the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a partnership strategy targeting hospitality, travel, concierge, residential communities, digital platforms and complementary healthcare providers.
• Identify decision‑makers, negotiate and secure commercial agreements, and manage the full partnership lifecycle from activation to renewal.
• Drive partner‑generated revenue, monitor profitability, and ensure service delivery in coordination with operations and clinical teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and pipeline reports, and lead a partnerships team to achieve performance targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, healthcare management or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum eight years of relevant experience, including at least three years leading partnerships, channel sales or business development teams.
• Proven track record building partner networks that deliver measurable revenue, preferably in healthcare, hospitality or travel sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE/GCC market and existing relationships within relevant partner segments.
