Head of Enterprise Delivery & Resource Management

About the role

The Head of Enterprise Delivery & Resource Management ensures people excellence, standards and maturity across the chapter while enabling a high‑performing team to deliver strategic outcomes. The role balances people leadership, capability development and governance without owning day‑to‑day delivery, and works closely with all office functions, CPMO delivery teams and business units to provide the resources needed for successful program execution.

Key responsibilities

• People & Capability Leadership – Lead, coach and develop team members, own skills development, mentoring and succession planning, and foster a culture of learning, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Strategic Alignment & Governance – Align team capabilities with enterprise strategy and regulatory requirements, ensure adherence to bank governance, monitor progress, budget, vendor costs and RAID, and propose best‑practice processes and tools.
• Demand & Capacity Management – Provide visibility into team capacity, skills mix and constraints, optimise resource utilisation across initiatives while maintaining quality and sustainability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, serve as the single point of contact for delivery status, and maintain in‑depth knowledge of projects to give accurate visibility to senior management.

Required profile

• University degree in Technology, Management or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in the relevant capability domain with proven experience leading specialist teams.
• Strong people leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills, and experience operating in agile/product‑based environments.
• Ability to influence without direct delivery ownership and to handle multiple inter‑dependent programmes.
