Head of Enterprise Performance (ABM)

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Head of Enterprise Performance to lead its global account‑based marketing (ABM) strategy for Revolut Business. The role focuses on building a measurable, qualified pipeline and accelerating revenue growth for enterprise customers through ABM campaigns, field events, and regional activations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the global ABM strategy, setting clear goals for pipeline creation, acquisition, and customer expansion.
• Lead ABM and partner‑led programmes, LinkedIn campaigns, and targeted industry events.
• Design, launch, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns to increase MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline velocity while aligning with the Sales team.
• Implement data‑driven tactics across digital paid media, email, webinars, and events to improve conversion rates and ROI without a traditional marketing automation platform.
• Partner with Sales leadership to align on Ideal Customer Profile, lead scoring, and SLA processes.
• Enhance outbound messaging, content, and follow‑up flows.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to roadmap a new marketing automation platform and continuously optimise MQL/SQL scoring frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience overseeing enterprise pipeline generation and ABM strategy at a global scale.
• Ability to define vision, scope, and structure of a performance function focused on measurable outcomes.
• Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leadership.
