Head of Finance – Healthcare (Dubai)

About the role

Al-Futtaim Health is looking for a senior finance leader to drive financial performance, strategic planning, and commercial finance across its network of outpatient clinics, diagnostic services and upcoming hospital projects. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of Finance will partner with clinical and operational leaders to turn financial data into actionable business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial performance across clinics and business units, improving profitability and operational efficiency.
• Monitor physician productivity, revenue trends, patient volumes, service‑line performance and payer mix.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑range financial planning processes.
• Develop financial models, strategic business cases and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Support new clinic developments, healthcare expansion projects and future hospital initiatives.
• Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, governance and audit readiness.
• Oversee monthly management reporting, statutory requirements and external audit relationships.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability.

Required profile

• Significant senior finance leadership experience within hospitals, healthcare groups, clinic networks or similar providers.
• Proven track record of supporting multi‑site healthcare operations and working directly with executives, physicians and operational leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to shape financial strategy, drive growth initiatives and improve operational performance.
• Strong governance, risk management and audit experience.
• Leadership experience managing and developing finance teams.
