About the role

The Head of Food & Beverage will lead the end‑to‑end operations of a refined British luxury dining concept, ensuring impeccable standards of service, culinary execution, and guest experience. This role drives commercial performance while preserving brand heritage, operational excellence, and a world‑class hospitality culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑spectrum F&B operations, ensuring consistency in service, food quality, and brand standards
• Own P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with luxury hospitality benchmarks
• Lead, mentor, and develop senior restaurant management and operational teams
• Oversee kitchen operations, menu execution, supplier relationships, and inventory controls
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, HACCP, and UAE F&B regulations
• Establish SOPs, service protocols, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to strengthen positioning and customer loyalty
• Support strategic growth initiatives including new openings and concept expansion

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum 10 years of UAE F&B experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles
• Proven experience managing premium stand‑alone restaurant operations
• Strong commercial acumen with full P&L ownership experience
• Deep understanding of luxury service standards and food safety regulations
• HACCP certification (mandatory or to be obtained upon joining)
