Head of Healthcare Finance – Dubai

About the role

Al-Futtaim Health’s HealthHub network is looking for a senior finance leader to steer financial performance, strategic planning and commercial finance across its growing portfolio of outpatient clinics, diagnostic services and future hospital projects in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial performance monitoring and reporting for a multi‑site healthcare network.
• Develop and own strategic financial plans, budgets and forecasts aligned with business growth objectives.
• Partner with operational and clinical leaders to translate financial data into actionable business decisions.
• Oversee revenue‑cycle management, payer‑mix analysis and physician productivity metrics.
• Drive business case development for new investments, including hospital expansion and service line launches.
• Ensure robust healthcare operations finance and multi‑site performance management.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership within hospitals, clinic networks or other healthcare providers.
• Proven ability to influence executives, physicians and operational teams.
• Commercially focused mindset with strong strategic and analytical capabilities.
