About the role

Al-Futtaim Health’s HealthHub division is seeking a senior finance leader to steer the financial performance of its expanding network of community‑based outpatient clinics, diagnostic services and future hospital projects. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of Hospital and Healthcare Finance will act as a commercial partner to operational and clinical leaders, translating financial data into strategic business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial performance across multiple clinics and healthcare business units.
• Lead strategic planning, budgeting and commercial finance activities for current operations and upcoming hospital expansions.
• Partner with operational, clinical and corporate stakeholders to shape financial strategy and support growth initiatives.
• Improve operational efficiency and ensure robust financial governance throughout the organization.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to executives, physicians and operational leaders to influence business outcomes.

Required profile

• Significant senior finance leadership experience within hospitals, healthcare groups, clinic networks, medical centres or day‑surgery facilities.
• Proven ability to work with multi‑site healthcare operations and senior executives.
• Commercially focused mindset with deep understanding of healthcare service delivery.
• Strong track record of translating financial information into actionable business decisions.
