Head of Innovation Delivery

About the role

Miral Experiences is seeking an innovative and results‑driven Head of Operational Innovation to lead the development, testing, implementation and scaling of operational and guest‑experience improvements across its world‑class theme parks and attractions in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of operational innovation initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance guest experiences, improve performance and support commercial outcomes.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap of innovation initiatives aligned with business priorities and guest expectations.
• Drive initiatives that improve key stages of the guest journey, including attraction experiences, queue management and in‑park services.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in design, testing, piloting and implementation of innovative solutions, establishing governance and success measures.
• Build strong partnerships across Operations, Guest Experience, Commercial, Digital & Technology and manage external partners and vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Theme Park & Attractions Management, Hospitality, Operations Management or Industrial Engineering.
• Significant experience leading operational improvement, innovation or transformation initiatives within high‑volume guest‑facing environments such as theme parks or hospitality.
• Proven track record delivering measurable improvements to guest experience, operational performance or business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management, change leadership and ability to translate strategic objectives into practical operational improvements.

Required skills

• Service design and human‑centred design methodologies.
• Agile methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Project management and governance, with certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or MSP preferred.
• Experience with guest‑facing technologies and operational enhancement solutions.
