Head of Marketing (incl. Digital) - Real Estate Developer

About the role

A real estate developer is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead brand, digital and project marketing across its residential and commercial portfolio. The role owns the marketing strategy end to end, from project launch to sales conversion, and works closely with Sales, Development and Leadership to drive demand and grow the brand in the UAE and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the annual marketing strategy, budget and plan in line with sales targets
• Lead project launches end to end: positioning, naming, branding, campaigns and launch events
• Own digital marketing, including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, paid social, CRM, website and lead generation
• Drive lead quality and conversion, working closely with Sales and broker channels
• Manage brand identity and consistency across all touchpoints
• Oversee content, PR, media relations and sponsorships
• Manage agencies, from creative and media to digital and PR, and keep budgets under control
• Track and report ROI, cost per lead and campaign performance to leadership
• Run broker and channel-partner marketing programmes and roadshows, in the UAE and internationally
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing marketing team

Required profile

• 10+ years in marketing, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience with a UAE real estate developer is essential
• Proven track record of successful project launches and off-plan sales campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field; an MBA is a plus
• Arabic is an advantage

• Digital and performance marketing, including Google, Meta, CRM and marketing automation
• Managing large budgets and agency relationships
• Data-driven approach and strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
