Head of Organization Development

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Head of Organization Development to lead learning strategy, culture building, onboarding, leadership development and AI‑driven OD initiatives across its global operations. Reporting to the People Head, you will shape the Bybit Way culture and deliver scalable talent solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute company‑wide learning strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Lead the end‑to‑end design and rollout of the global culture strategy (the Bybit Way).
• Own the full‑cycle new‑hire onboarding experience and create scalable orientation programs.
• Develop and deliver leadership training programs to elevate management capabilities.
• Drive AI transformation of OD workflows, collaborating with the AI core team to build practical learning tools.
• Manage OD project budgets, vendor relationships and provide consulting to all business lines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of L&D/OD experience with at least 2 years of team leadership.
• Proven ability to design and deploy enterprise‑level talent development programs.
• Strong business acumen, cross‑team communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is a strong plus.
