About the role

Plateful LLC is a fast‑growing DTC kitchen brand based in Dubai, scaling its US‑focused product portfolio. As the company moves from $100 M to $500 M in revenue, it needs a senior leader to build and own the people function, ensuring the organisation can grow without losing speed, accountability or culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve full‑cycle talent acquisition processes across all functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management.
• Audit and refine existing recruiting workflows, interview scorecards and hiring manager briefings to maintain a high hiring bar.
• Partner with the CEO, department heads and managers to define role requirements, develop performance scorecards and drive employee development.
• Establish HR best practices, retention programs, engagement initiatives and regular manager‑employee check‑ins.
• Manage external recruiting partners and build an internal recruiting team as hiring volume increases.
• Track hiring metrics and people‑operations KPIs to improve speed, quality and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading people, talent acquisition or HR functions in high‑growth, product‑focused companies.
• Strong track record of building scalable HR systems and processes.
• Ability to work hands‑on, identify gaps and implement improvements quickly.
• Excellent collaboration skills with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
