Head of Priority Direct – Regional Banking Leadership

About the role

The Head of Priority Direct will lead the Priority Direct operations across multiple teams in Dubai, ensuring strong leadership, high‑quality service delivery, and achievement of regional business targets in line with ADIB’s strategic and Sharia‑compliant priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage Cluster Managers and VRM teams across the region.
• Drive acquisition of Priority Banking customers and portfolio growth, overseeing pipeline generation and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Ensure consistent, high‑quality service experience, monitor customer satisfaction and address escalated cases.
• Oversee operational compliance with ADIB policies, procedures and Islamic Sharia guidelines, managing risks and audit readiness.
• Monitor performance against targets and MBO plans, preparing regular reports for senior management.
• Promote digital adoption, self‑service tools and proactive customer engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with Investment Advisors, Operations, Credit, Contact Center and Branch Banking to implement new products and digital initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum fifteen (15) years of banking experience in the UAE.
• Proven leadership and people development capabilities.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and decision‑making quality.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Ability to analyze market trends and drive data‑based improvements.
