Head of Product - AI x EdTech (French Fluent)

About the role

Paradox, a personal-growth platform founded by David Laroche, is looking for a Head of Product to build an AI-native product department. The company describes itself as creating an "Operating System for Greatness" that combines human intelligence, structured protocols and AI personalization. The position is full-time, based in Dubai, Paris or Lisbon or remotely, and requires fluent English and native French.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the founder's strategic vision into a clear product strategy and build and maintain the roadmap linking business goals, user outcomes and technological innovation.
• Ensure every feature supports the Paradox ecosystem: Loops, PX Agents, Protocols and Membership.
• Understand users deeply: talk to users weekly, analyze patterns and turn behavioral science and coaching psychology insights into actionable product hypotheses.
• Build, ship and learn fast using Lean Startup methodology: design experiments and measurable success metrics before building, and iterate weekly.
• Define and track product metrics such as activation, retention and transformation rates, connect them to business KPIs and help marketing tell evidence-based stories.

Required profile

• 3-6 years as a Product Manager or Product Owner in EdTech, SaaS or consumer tech; bonus for AI-driven products, learning design or personal development platforms.
• At least one major feature or product delivered end-to-end with measurable results.
• Fluent English and native French.

Required skills

• Comfortable with Figma and able to prototype directly.
• Digital and AI savvy, able to build AI agents or quickly learn to do so.
