Head of Project Controls – Manufacturing Office

About the role

The Head of Project Controls will lead all control functions for industrial manufacturing projects, ensuring effective planning, budgeting, cost control, forecasting, scheduling, reporting, risk management and performance monitoring across aluminium, steel, marble, joinery, fit‑out, PODS, ready‑mix, GRC and in‑house factories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement project control frameworks, procedures, systems and standards across all industrial projects.
• Oversee budgeting, cost coding, WBS and CBS implementation and monitor expenditures against approved budgets.
• Supervise master schedule development, align procurement, production, logistics and construction timelines and manage progress monitoring.
• Lead preparation of EAC, ETC, cash‑flow forecasts and executive‑level performance reports.
• Identify and mitigate commercial, operational and financial risks, manage variation orders and change requests.
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, commercial, factory, site, finance and logistics teams to ensure data accuracy and support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Finance or a related field.
• 12 to 15 years of experience in project controls, cost management and industrial construction.
• PMP, CCP or PMI‑SP certification is an advantage.
